How to request deletion of your account

1. Send an email to info@geoqartuli.com from the same email address you used to register your account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Photos you uploaded
• Business listings you created and their content
• Your account profile and all associated personal data

Data that may be retained temporarily

• Server security logs (IP address, browser information) for up to 90 days, for security and fraud-prevention purposes. They are deleted automatically after that period.
• Any data we are required to keep by law.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

If you do not want to delete your whole account, you can remove only part of your data:

1. Sign in and open “My Cabinet” (geoqartuli.com/my-account/).
2. From there you can delete or edit the business listings you created and the photos you uploaded.
3. To delete other data (for example your phone number or address), email info@geoqartuli.com from the address you registered with and tell us which data you want removed. We will action the request within 30 days.

In this case your account and email address remain active so that you can still sign in.
